Recycled Materials

Regenerate Tungsten Materials
Tungsten recycling is an urban mine. Tungsten raw materials can be recovered in a closed-loop cycle. Our recycling processes can convert hard metal scrap into tungsten carbide powder, saving a lot of energy and reducing CO₂ emissions - the same applies to hydrometallurgical processes where tungsten-containing scrap is converted into tungsten carbide powder.

Processing Efficiency:

We can recover up to 95% of the carbide scrap starting material in powder form.

Wide Range of Applications:

The regenerated tungsten carbide powder can be 100% reused as a raw material for carbide tools. For example, for the production of carbide inserts and carbide rods.

Energy Efficiency:

Our regenerate recycling production saves a lot of energy compared to the production process from tungsten ore concentrates to tungsten carbide powder (hydrometallurgy). In addition, we produce completely CO2-free using our own green electricity. We are proud that our raw material is real green tungsten carbide.

Environmental Benefits:

Recovered tungsten carbide powder can be used to produce new carbide tools, and the production process saves a lot of energy and CO2.
